i haven't blogged for a few days already! lol
thanks to all those who were concerned-
im alright now!
no more flu haha :D
sorry to sling for passing her the flu virus! :/

<u>saturday
went for sj cny dinner!
actually i had maths and physics tuition before that
so i was damn exahusted
met moses and siling at bedok mrt
before going down to ghim moh
to dunman high!

when we were there,
we felt super extra
because everyone was like rushing around,
busy preparing the place
normally we'd be rushing around with them
but this time we just sat there and stoned-

we finally got our walk around the school!
while the others played games,
we walked round the whole school
oh this year our squad's planning the cny dinner-
and they did a terrific job-
great job guys!

they served bubble tea la! ((:
and for dinner,
for once we didn't have steamboat-
we had buffet instead
and the buffet was not that bad either (:
the std1s put up a "zodiac show" for us
somehow, every standard 1 squad for their performance
will do something like
"who wants to be a millionare" or "stjohn idol"
lol (:

the squad dedicated a song to me, moses and siling!
i was super touched la <3
but we were the only people to come back this year leh
i dont see seniors from the std 4 squad coming back this year
wierd!

me and siling left early
and we were super noob
because we sat down at 92 bus stop and waited for half an hour,
before realising that the last bus is at 8pm
and it was already 9-
so we had to walk all the way to the mrt
and just nice i was wearing this pair of slippers
which are not good for walking
so i had horrible blisters the next few days ):

i expected it. i expected us to grow apart. but i never felt it so much until that day.

monday
nothing much happened,
just that i found out something
SHOCKING :D
when i heard it i couldn't believe my ears la!
but its damn funny lol (:

then a whole bunch of us were walking to the bus stop-
we last saw kundan in the foyer where he was waiting for his dad
suddenly he appeared right next to us!

kundan: i've been walking next to you all the whole time!

us: O.O

me: are you really kundan? o.o

kundan: ya la- i called my dad in the foyer and he was like no, go home yourself

LOL and poor him was lugging four huge files
because he thought his dad was fetching him X)

today
I PASSED THE MOCK NAFA TEST!

passing the mock nafa= NO MORE THIRD PERIOD PE

ohmigosh im super happy la!
as happy as when my chem presentation was over-
lemme write that bigger again

NO MORE THIRD PERIOD PE!!!! =D

no more rushing to school by 7.15 for third period pe
and sweating our guts out :D

break was super funny
because we were talking about
that "thing" :D

but i got damn pissed after maths
because my maths teacher can't teach at all
and we did inequalities today
and i couldn't follow a single thing
i got damn AP after that ):

i went for maths tuition today-
i took bus with kevin!
because he takes the same bus as me towards parkway :D
so im not alone YAY (:

and maths tuition was a great help and a lifesaver!
two hours with mrs ng and i can do inequalities already (:
i love mrs ng!
if i dont have tuition i'll surely fail my maths la
no prizes for guessing why

~~chemistry presentation~~

ohmigosh you cant believe
how happy i am to cancel that!
lemme write it again BIGGER :D

~~CHEMISTRY PRESENTATION~~

YAY :DDDDDDD
it was horrible,
but im just glad that its over
and sorry to my group members for screwing up the whole thing! :/

anyway im supposed to be in school now
but im sick :/
i've been sneezing and blowing my nose the whole of yesterday
so i went to see the doctor
and i got the flu virus! -.-
so no school today
anyway a backtrack of what happened the pasat two days

wednesday
crosscountry!
the route was the same one
that we've been runnng for pe
so its not that bad-
but after not running properly for 9 days
my stamina deproved la
i was really tired halfway through already

anyway i came in 375th position
out of 700 plus girls :/
its not very good-
so i'll have to try harder the next crosscountry!
but we were running with the jc girls too
so not that bad la huh (:

then we had prize presentation-
marcus cam in second for the IP boys race!
:DDDDD
he did 07v14 proud :D
because he was the only one in our class to get something lol

anyway the lucky draw prizes were the best la!
there were $50 sakae sushi vouchers
adidas sports jacket
converse bag
so many nice things la!
im so madd that they didnt pick my number RAH
i wanted the jacket and the bag the most :/

and URSA won the overall house champion!

its my house YAY
and there was this nice hugeeee trophy (:

after crosscountry,
me, des, siling, kundan, marcus, christopher, bob, jingrong and kwan wei
went out for lunch :D
we walked all the way from school to parkway
because the bus stop was overflowing lol

we ate at the foodcourt
and after that we went to parkway's
"rooftop" to talk
kundan was purposely trying to show his toe to us
its damn disgusting la!
stupid kundan :/

we played truth or dare
and the boys were fascinated
with my umbrella
because it can't open lol
that means its spoilt
but they spent dont know how long
trying to open it -.-

and who knows that christopher,
with his "innocent" face
can come up with such sick dares! >.<
and the guys were scaring us by
coming up with ghost stories
and agreeing that our class chalet
will be held at the chalet next to the
haunted changi hospital )))))):

we went home at around 3 i think
because kundan has to remove his stitches
and the rest of us have
to finish up our homework

thursday
boringg day
plus i was sick the whole day
so it made the day even more unbearable
but as mentioned earlier-
we're done with the chem presentation!
*grins*
though it went horribly
so sorry to my group again! :/

siling had to do imagineering during break :/
so me and desiree sat down
and talked for the whole one hour
about some stuff that we were both troubled by

during electives the movie that ms goh showed was boring! :/
but we can eat in class!
as long as we clean up the mess after that :D
alright then- next lesson im gonna eat chips! ((:

had piano after that
im soooo not ready for the exam

the chinese new year break is over already! :/
time passes so fast when you're not in school lol
but its cross country for us tmr!
so no lessons yet :D

yesterday we wanted to go watch
"just follow law"
but when we went to the cinema,
the show was totally sold out :/
so we went to 'best' instead
and bought casino royale and curse of the golden flower
to watch at home instead lol X)

today we went to daniel's house for lunch
lunch was popiah-
and it was super nice :D
last time i never touched those kinda popiah,
but now i love it X)
inside was prawns, eggs, french bean, bean sprouts etc.-
all my favourites! :D

then i watched the guys play xbox
and i realised one thing-
i suck at burnout revenge
LOL
i kept losing by a lot la

after that we went to aunt grace's house
kor just slept on the sofa
and i was reading my lang arts reader
and i FINISHED IT! :D
in aunt grace's house LOL
so now i can start on my essay heh
but first gotta settle that facets essay
which nobody knows how to do -.-

im kinda glad there's crosscountry tmr-
so i can run off all the fats i gained during this hols! X)

happy chinese new year! =D

nothing much happened the past few days,

just endless visiting-

cny gets more boring every year! >.<

saturday

chinese new year eve!

stayed home the whole day

and slacked before going to

my grandmother's house for reunion dinner

sunday

first day of chinese new year!

i slept lateee! =D

and i got my long-awaited beauty sleep heh =D

changed into new year clothes

and went to "bai nian" with dad and mum

we took some photos!

we went to visit grandparents on both sides and got lots of angpows! =D

thankfully, we retired early
and i spent the rest of my time at home
wasting away and watching austin powers -.-
daddy and i spent the whole time laughing
at the absolute crappiness of the show LOL
we went to KFC for dinner
and as usual, the queue was super long lol

today
we went to grand copthorn's waterfront hotel for lunch
with my cousins and grandparents
it was an all-you-can-eat buffet
and there were really tons of food
we stuffed ourselves till we were full!
there was sushi, ice cream, desert, cake etc! =D
but i dont dare to look at the weighing machine
to see what that buffet has done to me! >.<

am currently trying to catch up with my dratted holiday work

so far my progress status is:

lang arts essay

facets of the mind essay

~~chinese compo~~

~~chinese newspaper report~~

~~geography worksheet~~

chemistry powerpoint editing AGAIN

SEE! i've TWO essays left to do
and im only halfway through the lang arts reader
sigh
i think i lead such a sad life

tomorrows a full day of visiting again
sigh but at least look on the bright side-
i can get more angpows! =D

today we had our cny celebration-
it was really different from dunman high's celebration
everything was super informal
and there was like a fun atmosphere =D

they started off the concert
with a lion dance-
we were sitting in the front,
so we spent most of the time covering our ears
because the cymbals were damn loud-
but the "nian" was really cute!
according to siling HAHA

after that,
not to leave out the other races (according to them)
the indian cultural society put up two dances
the dances were not those traditional kinds-
they were damn hip and sexy! O.O
the females dancers were wearing really sexy clothes
and the dance involved really sexy moves haha

the male dancers were really flexible
and they were moonwalking all over the stage!
michael jackson style and they were really good =D
we all got a shock when we saw the dance
but it was really nice (:

then the malay dancers put up a dance too
it wasnt as nice as the indian one lol
and the dance cca put up a really hip dance
and they were really good too lol =D
surprisingly, there were no chinese dances lol

then we had the interhouse dressup competition
pegasus was the funniest-
all the houses were throwing chocolates to the audience
and five chocolate coins hit me la!
i bring good luck =D

o7v14 won an honourable mention
for the banner painting competition! =DDDDD
and we were the only ip class to get a prize!
the other classes who won were all jc classes =D
our banner's really nice-
jonathan drew a pig popping out of a dog costume
and sulin drew the words-
some others painted the banner really nicely
thanks you guys! =D

i decided not to go back to ynps
and went to meet cuiting and the rest at bugis
BUT i got a huge shock when
1. cuiting told me shes going to her friends house before coming
2. wanyu told me that shes coming only after lunch
3, when i called yi'an at 11, she's still stoning at home
RAH

but thank goodness leesimin came on time
so she kept me company =D
we met eli too!
she was waiting for her class gathering thing to start
and we walked around for like almost an hour
and the both of them filled me in on stuff happening in sj and the squad

when cuiting and yi'an finally arrived,
eli left to join her class
and we went to swensons to eat-
note:
NEVER, EVER IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE
go to BUGIS SWENSONS to eat
im serious

the service was really lousy
we sat there at a corner booth
and waited for 15 minutes before the waiter gave us menus
we waited for almost an hour for our food!
then when we went to foot the bill,
they charged us 5% GST plus 10% service charge
WTH
their service is so lousy and they still expect us to pay them for their service?
we even stood there at the counter and waited 15 minutes just to pay
so in the end,
all of us got cheated of three dollars
THREE DOLLARS-
i can do alot with it than pay for their lousy service
so moral of the story: NEVER go to bugis swenson

we walked around for awhile
before we went to bugis street
i got dragged along there by wanyu, leesimin and cuiting la
and the street was so freaking crowded and hot
that i was feeling claustrophobic
so in the end,
we all swore never to go back to bugis street on a day like this

the crowd waiting to cross the road to bugis street! it took us like ten minutes just to cross

we met up with yi'an again, who left earlier,
hoyee, daphne and eli
and we walked around window shopping
before me and cuiting left
because my feet were killing me
and it was getting late-

yup so this year i didnt go back to ynps!

but i had a fun time out with the girls <3>

lol sorry for not blogging lately!
been swamped with assignments again (anything new? -.-)
and my stupid computer died on me
its lagging like mad and i think it kena virus
im so unlucky!
so now im either using my brother's com
or the laptop

i forgot what happened that day

oh every monday is a killer
because we have THREE periods of lang arts
followed by
TWO periods of maths
its seriously designed to make us lose our brains

but break was damn fun!
me, des, sling, kundan, lavan, marcus, christopher and jonathon
played truth or dare during our break!
it was damn funny
and quite a few stuff was revealed
but it remains among us few! =DDDD
i love breaks ((:

oh but that stupid lavan and tim
snatched my wallet from me
and made me chase them all over the school for it
and they stretch it super high over my head
and ask me to jump and try to reach for it
MEANIES

tuesday
we had pe today-
horrible horrible pe!

i had an awfully bad stitch that day
and we ran to ecp as usual
and as usual,
desiree pon-ed it again

the teachers didnt allow me and sling to stop lor
even though we were ready to collaspe any moment
from that awful stitch
RAH
and we had another three periods of lang arts
and two periods of maths
followed by imagineering-
we had consultation session this time *phew*

and miss toh was like putting us back on the right track
and showing us how far behind we were
and how little time we had left
so we really gotta rush
and i hate imagineering!

stayed back after school to do bio EU with des
sling went to do the electives
we stayed in the com lab
and did for a looong time
then

I FOUND A LIZARD IN MY LOCKER!!!!
its freakingly disgusting can
thats why i dont want the bottom locker la
always kena this kinda things :/
it was damn disgusting
and desiree kept scaring me
and saying that i screamed
when i DID NOT hmph
in the end it ran out of my locker and into the next locker
i pity that person :/

wednesday
valentine's day!
i received chocolates and gifts from people =D
momo gave me a box of nicely wrapped
ferrero rocher!
thanks momo! =D

we played truth or dare during break again (:
and this time we did mainly dares
and it was damn funny =D
lavan helped me take lots of pictures!
but that stupid kundan
went to delete my photos of
him wearing a pink hairband :/
it was one of the dares on monday lol

and that stupid lavan took my wallet again
when i finally managed to get it back,
he took my handphone.
and when i got my hp back,
he took my wallet again -.-
you can imagaine how things went on la

and we revealed our angel and mortal
with o6v14 during psl session
and i found out who my angel is!
its shi hang and he's damn nice!
he gave me a little eeyore stuff toy
in a bouquet =D
hes so sweet! ((:

haha and leonard got a huge shock
when he found out that i was his angel!
he didnt think that it was me
so that means i did a good job
in keeping it from him! =D

and something really dumb happened in guitar-
in the bag of presents from our angels,
i found a note from my mortal
and it wasnt attached to anything
so i thought only the note was meant for me
then i got quite sad because there were really nice flowers in the bag

then when i read the letter at home,
the flowers were actually meant for ME!
))))))))))':
i was so shocked and heartbroken when i read it can!
aiyooohhh this is the result of my blurness la
way to go szeying -.-
but my mortal's so sweet =D

thursday
we had third period pe today :/
but it was the most fun third period pe so far
because me, des, sling, sulin and amanda were ~~walking~~running together
and we were either sprinting, or walking
and we cheated three rounds!
we spent so much time laughing lol

during break i was damn pissed
because some people didnt know where to stop
and where was the limit
they did notice my face getting blacker
but they continued
"for the fun of it"
wth la
even i have a limit
dont push it

and during electives,
our presentation,
a board game was okay at the beginning
but at the end,
when miss goh asked us questions,
we couldnt answer la
it was so horrible
made me pissed again

this week's been a crazy week
with all the assignments to rush
we had at least 6 assignments this week
the worst was the chem ppt and geog assignment,
which i couldn't find anything on
RAH
a quick recap of the week:

tuesday
PE was horible
it was then that i really felt
the discrimination against the ip students
the PE teachers were like:
dont think that just you guys are special
just because you're ip students
you're not smarter than the rest
or more special than them

like wth??
when have we ever assumed that?
its people like them who assume that we think that way
discrimination

tuesday was generally a tiring and exhausting day
i was so glad when the day plus tuition was over

wednesday
nothing much happened today either
just that we had to go to LT 5
for the IP2 SC nominees to make their speeches
leonard, cheryl, rachel and le-anne were running! :D
i voted for them four ((:

guitar was boring as usual lol
but we learned more chords and how to play a song!
:D *feeling of accomplishment*
another discrimination case:
me, stephanie and sheila didnt like talk all the time,
but the guitar teacher kept coming over
and scolding us for talking and stuff

the group of jc students next to us
were laughing and joking so loudly
right in his face
but he didnt go over and scold them
no, he came over to us
why?
because we're ip students

thursday
we had IH today-
honestly, we were all dreading it
because we werent sure whether miss toh was still mad at us
but to our tremendous relief,
she wasnt mad with us anymore :DDDD
in fact, she spent the whole period joking with us! :D
*sigh of relief*
other than the occasional references to that day
she was fine :D

for electives, we watched a movie
modern times by charlie chaplin
the character that charlie chaplin acted was a joke!
haha but the way he acts is damn cute :DDD
then we stayed back to consult the teacher on our presentation
we're going to do a game :D

friday
we had some chinese paper cutting seminar
the LT was super cold
and the lady was screaming into the mike can
and we were sitting in the direction of the speakers-
we almost went deaf!
so we moved up to the empty seats behind
where it isnt that bad lol

my fish came out deformed! ):
and three files came today
me and siling lugged them home
phew
we were a sight on the bus can
carrying three huge files :/

went out for my own family reunion dinner!
we went to coca restaurant
for steamboat! ((:
it was delicious :DDD

and daddy bought the

got tons of assignments to do-
so can't blog longer :/

ohmigosh today was another horrible day-
first during geog lecture,
ms toh was like ignoring our class all the way
and talking to the other classes :/
so she's still mad at us

then at the swings,
something really horrible happened.
the guys were swinging really high and violently
on the swing like they always do,
and kundan was holding onto the pole
to make sure that the swing doesn't topple over

then because of momentum,
the swing went really high
and the whole pole lifted up
kundan was trying to pull the pole back down
and it slammed right into his toe!
imagine like 300 kg weight slammed onto your toe )):

me, des and siling
were minding our own business at the next swing
and we didnt even realise what happened
until we saw kundan on the grass
grabbing his toe
and he was like literally shaking all over
and his sock had blood soaking through la!

all of us were so shocked
and we like ran over to help him
when we finally managed to ease the sock off his foot,
we saw that his toe nail literally got pushed into his skin
and his flesh got pushed out
and there was lots of blood
it was damn sick and really horrible
and he was sitting there and grabbing his toe in pain

we called the teachers over
and me and siling ran to get the first aid stuff
i felt so useless-
i mean here i am,
with TWO years of first aid experience,
from dunman high st. john's ambulance brigade,
one of the best in singapore,
and i couldn't do ANYTHING
and of all days, i chose not to bring my phone today
we wanted to call kinkeong or xinying to come help
but i was the only one who had their numbers-
i was damn pissed at myself la/

i was just like totally shocked
and i couldn't keep calm
because this is really the first time
i see such a thing
and i have no idea what to do
what kind of first-aider am i?
i really felt damn depressed and useless the whole day

kundan's parents came to bring him to the polyclinic
and his wound is really serious-
so bad that he has to go for an operation
to remove his toenail
he was seriously damn brave-
he didn't cry or anything
and he kept most of the pain inside
im not the one injured
and i already felt like crying la!

then me, desiree and marcus stayed back to do the noticeboard
we came up with the design
and while waited for the MSP students to leave the classroom,
we played a rather dumb version of truth or dare
LOL
we were spinning the umbrella
and marcus was giving really dumb answers haha

we finished the first noticeboard design! :D
now all we have is the second noticeboard left to do
so the three of us went to parkway popular
to get the stuff for the second one
and it felt really wierd without kundan :/

we got the stuff and went to eat at the foodcourt again
friday felt like yesterday la!
we were like:
eh we came here yesterday-
NO la we came here on friday!
lol

and we talked alot,
mainly about what happened today
we felt super guilty and freaked out can
especially after tim told us that kundan has to go for an op

but as expected,
marcus was teasing me about my height
AGAIN for the whole day

i swear, its like his favourite hobby la!

something really unpleasant happened today la
we got miss toh damn pissed-
and she walked out of class
in the middle of our geog makeup lesson;
its because we couldn't answer her questions
properly and stuff-

and earlier, during the video,
we were like laughing and making fun of it
so i guess she got damn pissed with us
but the work is 30% CA1!
just hope that she'll give us another chance-
we wrote a letter of apology to her
and asked miss low to pass it to her,
but she refused to come out.

so we decided to give her time to simmer down
and we're going to apologise again on monday morning-
sigh
i won't say anything else.

anyway
kundan, marcus, desiree, tim and I
got punished by miss toh for playing bridge in class -.-
so one of our punishments was to do up the noticeboard;
tim wasn't free,
so kundan, marcus, desiree, christopher, jonathan and I
went to parkway to get the stuff to do up the noticeboard
christopher and jonathan weren't punished,
but they tagged along out of the goodness of their heart :D

after awhile,
we thankfully forgot about what happened earlier today
because we had fun :D
actually, it was quite comical
because we were analysing where we went wrong
and listing down all our mistakes
and we were like explaining
why we make mistakes like overanalysing
we kinda had a heart-to-heart talk la
and this time,
i guess we sincerely want to change-
at least the few of us la

we went to parkway popular at first
and it was a flop
because we havent
looked at the noticeboard
come up with a design
or measured the length
so we just bought some colour paper to cover the noticeboard first

we went for dinner after that!
desiree wanted yoshinoya,
but we all put our foot firmly down
and insisted NO yoshinoya;
then we started saying that that's one of her flaws-
she thinks of herself only blah blah
it was damn funny,
because we kept picking up
flaws in each other the whole night lol

we went to B1 food court to eat,
and we thankfully found a seat-
6 seats for us just nice! :D
then we sat there and talked for a long time;
about lots of stuff
like the class,
the people in it etc.

then desiree realised she left her chem TB in popular,
so we had to go back to popular to find it
and she's damn lucky can-
she found it there, safe and untouched;
the same thing happened for her wallet lor!
she lost it,
but someone nice found it and returned it to her-
sheesh this desiree ar-
hopeless! :p

we went to the playground
and sat down to talk again
this time it was like mainly nonsensical
and kundan and marcus were flicking
those rubber things at us can!
and we spent most of the time
listening to kundan speak on the phone lol

then we went to drink bubble tea!
(kenneth still owes us 9 bubble teas each :D)
that horrible marcus and kundan ar-
teased me nonstop about my height:

me: (telling the lady) i want mango milk tea!

marcus: eh? the lady can see you meh? *sniggers* you so short! how to see LOL

so bad right?
they continued teasing me
about my height in this fashion la
then i got quite fed up-

me: (to marcus) your favourite pastime is insulting me about my height isit???

marcus: :DDDDDDD

kundan: no, its OUR favourite pastime

desiree: (whispers) actually, its mine too

everyone: starts laughing at me

RAH so mean right? hmph!
and they really teased
right from the beginning to the end -.-
then me, desiree and kundan caught a bus home-
marcus and jonathan took different buses
and we realised on the bus
that we totally forgot about the earlier things
because we were having so much fun lol :D

YAY i hope we go out again soon-
it was fun la :D
tmr i got some audition/evaluation thing
for the worship team: vocalists!
RAH i got to go through another audition again
though im already in the worship team -.-

sigh wish me luck everyone
hope my voice doesnt go off key or something like that
and tmr still got tuition!
