i have to say this again: ORIENTATION 01 IS REALLY, REALLY OVER NOW! ):

i feel so sad saying this- because i really enjoyed orientation 01 and now its back to school- though we're having helmsman week now and no lessons la. but i'll never forgot orientation 01 (:

monday 8th jan 'o7
SEA REGATTA!!! :DDD that was pretty much the highlight of the whole orientation, though they should have put it on friday instead of monday because when we all went back yesterday we were dead tired-

we walked over to east coast park in the morning after assembly for sea regatta- stupid me thought that they chartered a bus for us to go to ecp, not realising that its only one overhead bridge away -.-

it was really hot there and the sun was beating down relentlessly- the principal made an opening speech for sea regatta and we started with the games :D the first game was beach volleyball! except that half the court was in the water- there were three sets, i played for two- my dear ~~grace~~smartypants! i didn't forget how to play volleyball okay! my team won! :DD

then we played tug-of-war. whoa, tug-of-war has bad memories for me okay! my hands still got the marks of the blisters from the rope burns! :/ but this time my team lost- we were really dragged along by the rope can! we were literally hanging on for a dear life blerghhh

we played dog-and-bone after that- it wasn't really dog and bone and my number didnt even get called at all, so i was quite bored -.- oh but the fun part was after dog-and-bone. the guys started dragging nurun into the water and each guy picked up one limb and on the count of three, swung her into the water.

that started the dunking time! our whole group went into the sea and it was just damn fun- we didn'tplay the rest of the games! we just played those three games and spent the rest of the time in the water getting dunked! lol

stupid kenneth! he was the main one responsible for me getting dunked can- he pushed me from behind, he picked me up and threw me into the water, he pushed me from all sides- he just loved dunking me -.- and the worst was when i got dunked three times in a row! first by kenneth, then by joshua and finally by KENNETH again! hmph!

but it was really really fun i think we spent nearly two hours just frolicking in the sea- we had alot of funnnn! :D ( i think i said that alot of times already!) everyone got dunked like at least 5 times or more! kenneth was impossible to dunk- i've tried almost ten times! but in the end its the guys who managed to so we got our revenge :D

after that we had some jousting thing which involved falling into the sea- it was quite unbearable because we were sitting on the sand and the sun was really hot- i thought i only tan and didnt burn, but to my horror when i got home, my arms were red, my face was red and my neck was red too- and i was in pain the whole of today! my stupid shoulders were giving me trouble hmph

we went back to school after that and during the prize presentation, nurun managed to sneak us out to go and bathe first so we didnt have to queue! :D i love our ogls! (: we went to the airport after that to eat at this place called popeye's chicken or something- my first time eating there.

the food was really expensive! in the end amanda and i ended up sharing a two-piece chicken combo -.- but lunch was really really funny. amanda and i sat with jing rong and christopher and we really laughed nonstop- people were staring at us la! the "turbulence" part was super funny can- we laughed non stop and we had alot of fun- earlier we were talking about ghost stories and horror movies LOL

we went to the viewing gallery after that and our whole og sat down to play lame games- somehow my group just love playing lame games and telling lame jokes LOL we laughed really loud and we had to constantly shush each other- the funniest was the coin game- amanda is really slow man! :D we played this for two hours before heading to suntec.

some of us grabbed a quick bite and we headed to the fountain of wealth for our mass dance- it was fun, though we spent more time trying to keep up with the steps. there were also trains of people running around the fountain of wealth and my whole og just stood there and poked people as they ran past- it was really funny!

some of us headed down to grab supper and i left soon because daddy was here to fetch me! :D i loved sea regatta and the time i spent with my OG- the mass dance was okay. i love my og! im already missing them already-i really had fun with them these past few days and i couldn't have asked for a better og to be in (:

im really glad i made the choice to come to vj-
